You must also pay taxes in any uneven trade if you paid additional cash compensation for the higher value vehicle.
Can I trade my car through Potluck Auto Trades if it is leased or financed?
It is possible to transfer titles on leased and financed vehicles, though we recommend trading your car only if you own it outright. Transferring titles on leased and financed vehicles involves additional parties and becomes more complicated, Potluck Auto Trades is not equipped to support with these transactions at this time. Plus, you are more likely to find a trade if you own your vehicle outright.
